Privacy Policy

This policy describes LoboMobile’s practices regarding personally identifiable information and data ("personal information"). This policy applies to the LoboMobile mobile application (the "Platform"). When you use the Platform, you agree to the terms of this policy. Apple iTunes and Google Play stores (the “Stores”) receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information based on their policies and practices.

What?

When you use the Platform, the Stores receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information which is anonymized and aggregated for developer feedback and internal marketing research purposes. The Platform does provide external links to UNM affiliated and other External web sites that may have their own privacy policies which may not be the same as UNM’s policies.

How?

We are provided browser and application metrics by the Stores in accordance with their developer policies. The Stores provide this information in accordance with their privacy policies and do not supply personal or individually identifiable information to UNM or the Platform.

Why?

The data collected by the Stores is used by UNM developers to understand download, utilization and quality assurance information which is reviewed for future development and analytics purposes.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. We will notify you of material changes to how we use your email address prior to implementation. If you have questions about our privacy practices, please contact our office at mobile@unm.edu.
